Every Little Drop Counts

The 6th of June commemorates the bravery, courage of individuals who changed the 2nd World War. In 2009, the 6th of June will be remembered not only for the bravery and selflessness of our forefathers but for the great concerted efforts of Charlotte Street Festival and Every Little Drop Counts with the launch of Every Little Drop Counts in support of Tap into Water Aid Charity by helping communities in Mozambique gain access to clean, safe water and sanitation infrastructure.

Why the Charlotte Street Festival?

The Charlotte Street Festival’s key goal is to work together as a community to educate and promote services within its community for one day of the year and to demonstrate to Londoners what Charlotte Street has to offer. With a high and diverse population of Restaurants, bars and Hotels it was an obvious choice for the inaugural Every Little Drop Counts event and with our combined resources we knew that not only could we provide you with an external network of individuals to promote your venues and services to but also engage the residents and business about the benefits of Every Little Drop counts in support of WaterAid.

How you can support to Every Little Drop Counts?

* By attending the event

* Spreading the word and inviting your friends and families to attend

* Encourage a local restaurant to participate

* ...and of course, by giving generously through the justgiving page or on the day!

We need your help and support to make this initiative a success. The organisers of the Charlotte Street Festival have kindly given Every Little
Drop Counts the opportunity to get involved in the festival. However, you can continue to support Every Little Drop Counts in support of Tap into WaterAid for a 3 month period by asking your restaurant, bar or hotel guests who ask for tap water if they are happy for you to add a 5p (cup) 20p (jug) donation to their bill.

Every Little Drop Counts currently has 10 restaurants and bars taking part in this initiative – and the more funds we can raise will help to make a
real difference to lives Mozambique.

Thank you for your support.
